Aditi Jain

Aditi Jain is a public policy and development professional with a Masters’ in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University. She is currently working with the IIHS Capacity Development team, where she supports content creation and dissemination, supporting market research and outreach, and developing capacity-building frameworks, manuals, and course reports. She also contributes to research, website and microsite management, and institutional operations. Her work lies at the intersection of policy, planning, and capacity development, with a focus on enabling inclusive and adaptive systems.

Previously, Aditi was part of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme at Reliance Foundation, where she played a key role in designing and implementing the Anganwadi Learning Lab (AWLL) program. Her responsibilities included strategy development, partner coordination, content design, and capacity-building workshops for frontline workers— — work that blended grassroots engagement with systemic planning and policy influence.

She has worked across diverse research and implementation contexts, contributing to projects with UNITAR, UNDP, Janaagraha, and the Centre for Civil Society on issues such as urban governance, municipal reform, stakeholder mapping, and inclusive planning. Her academic and field research spans urban lake governance, internal displacement, and institutional frameworks, with an emphasis on sustainability, equity, and reform-oriented thinking.

Aditi brings strong skills in program design, qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development, and spatial analysis, and is committed to building resilient institutions that can drive inclusive development.
