The IIHS team is known for its passion, innovative thinking and commitment to tackling urban challenges across various domains.

IIHS has a rich and diverse staff, many of whom have graduated from leading Indian and international universities and are trained in multiple disciplines.IIHS fosters interdisciplinary thinking and problem-solving—both crucial to effective teaching–learning.

IIHS values strong academic foundations, interdisciplinary skills, multi-sector experience, and diverse perspectives across gender, culture, language, and geography. We encourage independent thinking, collaboration, and engagement across academia, government, civil society, and the private sector.
