The project aimed to help stakeholders in Bengaluru to identify and respond to potential climate hazards focusing on the water supply and sanitation sector, and to plan for a transition to a low-carbon economy while reducing poverty and catalysing economic development. In doing so, it seeked particularly to enhance local ownership and implementation of policy processes by working with local stakeholders, especially in city government
