IIHS assisted the Government of Odisha in the design, conceptualisation and implementation of Jaga, the Odisha Liveable Habitat Mission for state-wide land titling for slum dwellers, one of the largest such programmes in the world. The Mission aims at transforming slums into liveable habitats with all necessary civic infrastructure and services and to continuously improve the standard of the infrastructure and services and access to livelihood opportunities.
