This course addressed essential skills for writing within the development sector, emphasising imagination, consistency, and clarity often lacking in reports and policy briefs. Key takeaways included improving the efficiency and impact of reports and policy briefs, translating them into more accessible formats like op-eds and blog posts, and effectively communicating findings through social media and media campaigns. The course aimed to bridge the gap between technical writing and broader audience engagement, recognising the necessity for clearer and more engaging communication in the development sector. A total of 24 participants attended the course.
