This course teaches the fundamentals of passive comfort, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and low-carbon and resilient design for buildings. The course is jointly offered by the Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) and IIHS, and draws on their work on climate change; in particular, the Solar Decathlon India challenge for students.
