IIHS researchers were members of the Government of Delhi's Emergency Hunger Response Committee during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdowns. The Committee aided the Government of Delhi to design, conceptualise and operate an e-coupon-based temporary emergency food ration delivery scheme to nearly six million people through nearly 1,500 public schools.
