The ARC3 report series is a global effort addressing climate risks in cities. Chandni Singh led the 'Equity, Development, and Informality' section, contributing a South Asian case study on nature-based solutions for heat management. Focused on water, energy, transportation, sanitation, public health, and governance, the report provided the first-ever interdisciplinary, cross-regional assessment. Singh spearheaded the synthesising of the latest literature on climate change and cities, emphasising equity, development, and informality. Her contributions enhance the understanding of climate risks and inform policy implications for urban sectors, making the report a vital resource for sustainable urban development.
