Sonaali Dass began her career as a front desk executive, before she got a chance to upgrade her skills as a cashier, floor manager, doctor relationship officer, patient relationship officer, building manager service, personal secretary, admin help desk executive, SPOC for client visits and event manager, having led seat occupancy, evacuation drills, verification of audit-related documents, facility management, incident reporting and coordination. All these responsibilities have helped her grow her skill sets, improve her communication skills and build confidence.
