The objective of the project was to conduct a technical evaluation of proposals submitted to the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for the preparation of the Revised Master Plan 2031. IIHS assisted BDA in the technical evaluation of three proposals submitted to the BDA for this purpose. The evaluation was carried out in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RfP).
