IIHS is part of the team engaged by the World Bank to advise the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) on transit-oriented development and multi-modal integration for the Rail Rapid Transit System (RRTS) running from Delhi–Gurugram–SNB–Alwar. IIHS is developing an affordable housing strategy to promote inclusive, sustainable, and transit-oriented development along the corridor.
