IIHS contributed to the Synthesis Report (AR6), which distills crucial policy insights from the Sixth Assessment's scientific, technical, and socio-economic literature, incorporating findings from AR6 Working Group reports and Special Reports. It highlights the interconnectedness of climate, ecosystems, society, and biodiversity, stressing diverse knowledge's value. Emphasising links between climate action, ecosystem health, human well-being, and sustainable development, it proposes transformative, equitable pathways. Drawing from various disciplines, it identifies feasible, just, and effective systems transitions and resilient development options.
