OverView

Aparna P M earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from VTU, Belagavi, and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. She worked as a CADD engineer at the CADD Centre in Tumakuru for a year. She then worked as a civil engineer at Ruleg Construction for about a year. She also worked as a project assistant at Live Green on their solid and liquid waste management projects.

She is a certified trainer in AutoCAD from the CADD Centre, Bengaluru. Aparna has published a scientific paper in the International Journal of the Latest Trends in Engineering and Technology. She has also completed several courses and training programmes, including four MOOCs on ‘Sanitation, Water, and Solid Waste for Development’ offered by EAWAG, EPFL, and WHO.

At IIHS, Aparna works as an External Consultant with the solid waste management arm of the Practice Programme.
