Elias Mathew is an engineer and a supply chain professional with over five years of experience in the field. He has worked in the automotive, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors in India, the UK and the Middle East. While pursuing his MSc, Elias completed a dissertation focused on the logistics strategy of India, outlining the facts, problems and potential solutions to the problems faced by third-party logistics in India.
At IIHS, Elias is responsible for setting up the procurement process, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for procurement and ensuring compliance with norms as required. Elias is passionate about history and enjoys reading about it, as well as travelling to historical sites.
