With over seven years of experience specialising in the educational sector, Jyoti holds an MBA with dual specialisations in marketing sales and operations, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic planning and process optimisation. Her professional journey is marked by roles in esteemed institutions and educational corporations, including Indraprastha Institute of Information and Technology (IIT Delhi), upGrad Education and Great Learning. In these roles, she excelled in managing programme portfolios ranging from human-centred design, law and legal courses, to management and engineering degrees.
She joins IIHS from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where she was working as an Manager for their Professional and Continuing Education wing and managing online master’s and diploma programmes in field of law. Along with streamlining the operations for their online programme, she handled the admissions at the university, including the successful implementation of a new digital marketing strategy for increased student traction.
Jyoti joined IIHS as Manager – Academic Office for the IIHS Urban Fellows Programme. She aims to leverage her expertise and passion for education and technology to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of learners at IIHS.
Outside the professional sphere, Jyoti’s life is filled with the joyous chaos of five mischievous cats, a gentle dog, and her loving family. Their presence adds a warm, personal dimension to her life, balancing her professional dedication with the heartwarming responsibilities of a pet-friendly household.
