The ASSURE initiative, anchored by IIHS along with Infosys Limited, and envisioned as the world’s largest effort to build and retrofit high-performance buildings (HPBs), aims to transform India’s energy-intensive real estate sector. ASSURE focuses on mainstreaming HPBs through technical assistance, capacity development, market shifts and enabling policy and finance for scale-up, targeting 100 million square feet of HPBs and skilling 12,000 individuals by 2030.
