IIHS organised a capacity development programme for newly recruited Advisors of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute for Good Governance and Policy Analysis (AIGGPA), aiming to enhance their skills in formulating research questions, selecting appropriate methods, and analysing and visualising data in their respective sectors. The programme included two workshops, interim support, and post-course assessment. Participants received mentoring and submitted project reports, research studies, or policy briefs for evaluation. Assessment criteria included research design formulation, data analysis, and output quality. The initiative sought to empower Advisors to effectively contribute to AIGGPA's objectives through enhanced research capabilities and practical skills application. A total of 16 participants attended the programme.
