IIHS conducted sessions on team building and a preliminary Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for the city-level cells of the Odisha Liveable Habitats Mission (OLHM) or Jaga. The TNA exercise aimed to gather information on the training and development needs at both the individual and team levels. The results of the TNA are being used to develop the curriculum for the capacity building work under the OLHM. A total of 265 officials have participated in the sessions.
