As a freelance journalist for The Sparrow News, Thomas has written on climate change, artificial intelligence, and socio-political trends in India—reflecting his commitment to sustainability and public discourse. His published research, “Understanding Discrimination in Malayalam Cinema” (2020), underscores his interest in media studies and cultural critique. Beyond writing, he has directed and produced several documentaries, including The Culture of Roars (2023) and the ongoing series All the World’s, exploring traditional art forms like Kalari.
Thomas holds a Master’s in Mass Communication and New Media from the Central University of Jammu, where he specialised in digital media, journalism, and developmental communication. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Calicut and is UGC-NET qualified.
