Mohammad Fayaz has more than 13 years of experience. His core competence is in the areas of accounting, payroll and project accounting.
Fayaz started his career as an audit assistant in an audit firm where he was involved in structuring audits, the accounting process, and managing direct and indirect tax-related activities. In the following year he joined Hewitt Associates, one of the leading firms in human resource outsourcing, to work as a team developer and processed payroll of companies like Oracle, Heinz India and Star TV Network. He was also involved in the induction programme where he trained new joinees on payroll processes and payroll software operations.
At IIHS, Fayaz works with the Finance team on payroll and expenses management as well as project accounting.
