IIHS has been empanelled by the Capacity Building Commission of the Government of India for the design, development, delivery and implementation of large-scale training interventions for government officials. The scope of work includes a multi-tier training needs analysis (TNA) for government officials in various departments, a first-level training of trainers, and a second-level training of the rest of the staff by master trainers. Empanelled agencies are tasked with conducting the TNA, designing and developing course content, delivering the training programmes to master trainers, mentoring master trainers in their delivery of training to the rest of the staff, evaluating and certifying participants, and assessing the impact of the programme.
